Can't tell you how very thankful I am that you had a night-time answering service who found your technician and that he came out before 5:00 a.m. to our rescue. My toilet had overflowed allowing water into the air ducts in the basement. Some of the water got into our furnace & we were without heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. One of your plumbers was out before 9:00 a.m. and soon had the toilet under control. By 10-10:30 a.m. the heating technician had replaced the blower motor and all our problems were taken care of! Thank you for being there when we really needed you.
