Pre-Paid Maintenance Agreement
- Comfort Systems Basic Annual Service:
- Two (2) calls per year (Spring and Fall)
- Service Times Scheduled by Dealer during regular working hours
- Two (2) Fiberglass filters included (all other filter media is an additional charge)
Service Maintenance Benefits:
The purchase of this plan will assure you that your equipment will be regularly inspected by out trained personnel and kept in good repair. In the event a break down does occur, qualified experts will make repairs with priority service.

- 2 A/C + 2 Furnaces = $270.00
- 3 A/C + 3 Furnaces = $380.00
- 4 A/C + 4 Furnaces = $490.00
Options:
- Humidifier Cleaning = $15.00
- Electronic Air Filter Cleaning = $15.00
